Leading our team is Mrs Dila Lima, Licensed Immigration NZ Adviser, Licence Number-201600770. After completing her Bachelor and Masters degrees in Brazil, Dila immigrated to New Zealand and is a licensed NZ Immigration Adviser. In addition to the educational qualifications required to be a licensed NZ immigration adviser, Dila has also lived the visitor visa, student visa, and working visa pathway leading to residence. Active in both the local community and the expat community, Dila understands very well the challenges and rewards that come with extended or permanent stays in a new country, and is a well-known and trusted New Zealand Immigration Adviser.

Mike Colwill

Mike Colwill is responsible for Business Development, Investor Visa support services, and special projects such as skills shortage consulting. Mike has established and operated businesses internationally across multiple sectors including legal, construction, hospitality, and technology. With extensive knowledge of the local challenges facing entrepreneurs as they establish themselves within a new marketplace, and of the opportunities and current bottlenecks within the New Zealand economy, Mike is well positioned to assist business operators with their immigration-related needs.
